Shipping Information:

We ship daily! Our facility is conveniently located just 90 minutes from the nearest airport, allowing us to provide prompt service. All live birds are shipped via airlines or through external courier services, depending on the destination and customer preference. We do not ship through USPS as this is illegal, so please do not ask. We also offer worldwide shipping.

For airline shipments, birds are packed in special airline-approved shipping boxes equipped with secure water containers and ample food to ensure their safety and comfort, even in the event of flight delays. For external courier services, we take the same care in ensuring the safety and well-being of the birds during transit.

Shipping Process:

  1. Choosing the Closest Shipping Option:

    • A shipping specialist will identify the closest airport or external and trusted courier service hub for delivery. We work only with airlines that implement a Pet Safe Program and partner with trusted courier services that prioritize animal safety.
  2. Coordinating Schedules:

    • Once the most suitable shipping option is chosen, we’ll coordinate schedules and book your bird’s transport. You’ll receive a detailed itinerary via email, including flight times, schedules, and pick-up or delivery location.
  3. Updates & Communication:

    • After the bird is checked in, we’ll notify you via email and/or phone. On the day of shipment, we will provide continual updates on your bird’s progress until it safely reaches you.

What to Expect Upon Delivery:

  • Your bird will arrive in a brand-new airline or courier-approved cage/crate with absorbent bedding and a food and water dish.
  • For airline shipments, the birds travel in a temperature-controlled, pressurized portion of the aircraft.
  • The price covers all expenses except for an updated health certificate, which must be arranged by the purchaser or breeder.
  • Any fees incurred due to flight or courier cancellations will be the responsibility of the recipient.
